To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:

  • GCSE or equivalent level 2 Maths and English.
  • Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent standard.
  • Substantial previous experience of recruitment or a related role.
  • Experience of working and thriving in a dynamic and fastpaced environment, handling a high volume of recruitment activities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • High standard of administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, demonstrating an ability to put the customer first and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills with an ability to learn new systems and packages quickly.
  • Proficient in creating, managing and using social media.
  • Excellent task management and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines and manage a busy workload effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
