At Patricia Whites, part of the Trinity Homecare Group, our vision is to help people live independently within the comfort of their own homes. As an administrator, you will provide essential to support the Care Relationship team with various administrative tasks and general office duties.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience to work for a fast paced and ever-growing business.

A self-motivated, flexible person with a good telephone manner and customer relation experience. Computer experience is essential.

Duties not limited to but include:

  • Input and maintain information on Dynamics 365 as required
  • Maintain and keep up to date carer training certificates, write carer profiles

Requirements:

  • Proven admin or office assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem
- solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational and planning
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Multitask
  • Good telephone manner
  • Team player
35 hours per week, working Hours between 9-5.

3 days in office, 2 days home based.
