- Cultivate meaningful relationships with our Service Users, assisting them with daily activities and empowering their choices.
- Take on the role of Key Worker for designated Service Users, ensuring their unique needs are met with care and attention.
- Contribute to meal preparation, adhering to menus and recipes that promote health and well-being.
- Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay sharp and confident through regular training sessions.
- Uphold our core values, promoting "Dignity in Care" and maintaining a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse.
- Provide personalized care that respects individual autonomy and privacy.
- Foster an environment of support, communication, and effective complaint resolution.
- Collaborate with family members and carers as essential partners in our care approach.
- Actively combat loneliness and isolation among our Service Users.
- Bring a positive attitude, passion, and a readiness to grow within your role.
- Prioritize the needs of Service Users with empathy and compassion.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, reliability, accountability, and punctuality.
- Be flexible to work as part of a team, covering various shifts and unsocial hours to ensure 24-hour care and support.
- Ideally possess a QCF (NVQ) in Social Care, Level 2 or above. However, apprentices with the right qualities are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be a driver.
