  • Job Function: AdministrationWe have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a standout Personal Assistant (PA) to provide professional support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) here at National Grid

About You:

You're highly organised and have previous experience working as a PA at C Suite / senior leadership level. You have excellent stakeholder management and can work in an ever changing, fast paced environment. You've experience in drafting routine correspondence, handling confidential/sensitive data, processing invoices and expenses via internal systems. You're confident, forward thinking and can work under pressure and on your own initiative. Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are key to the role.

What You'll Get:

Up to £65,000 per annum - dependent on experience.

Plus:

  • 15% Annual Bonus (based on personal and company performance)
  • 28 days annual leave, plus eight statutory days in addition
  • The option to buy additional or sell holiday days every year
  • A generous contributory pension scheme we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%
