The Role

  • Eesponsible for the daytoday management of an existing residential building portfolio.
  • Tasked with conducting viewings & negotiating terms of tenancies.
  • Responsible for performing checkin & checkouts on properties within your portfolio.
  • Communicating with landlords & tenants.
  • Ensure operations are compliant with legislation and the company's Policies and Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Lettings Negotiations
  • Professional qualification preferred, such as ARLA
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and multitask.
