Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and conducting viewings of luxury apartments and properties
  • Utilizing show apartments prior to completion in some cases
  • Negotiating rental agreements on behalf of clients
  • Building relationships with clients and keeping them informed of availability
  • Ensuring vital checks are carried out to set up agreements

Requirements:

  • Over 12 months of Letting experience
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong grasp of the current lettings market in Liverpool
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver with own vehicle and business car insurance
