BMW Logistics Support Assistant
Stephen James BMW is looking for a Logistics Support Assistant to join the BMW Sales team.

Your role
Working with a small BMW Sales team, you will have the opportunity to work and develop your understanding of the sales process and our exciting product range.
You will provide general logistic and sales support including ensuring that all stock vehicles that come through the Sales department are logged and prepared, ready for sales in the Showroom and forecourt.
You will be on hand to assist with the movement of vehicles to and from other sites and will provide general support to the sales team by assisting in the pre-sale and post-sale preparation.
The main duties of the role include:
- Assist in the logístical movements of used BMW vehicle stock through the preparation department in Woolwich and other Centres
- Ensure an accurate mechanical & body appraisal is completed on all incoming used stock
- To assist and provide additional driving resource to support the southern logistics team with the movement of all vehicles on site and to other sites.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles
- Ensure vehicles are ready for demonstration and display as well as for handovers and delivery
- Manage the Key Traka system for all stock vehicles
Your profile
- Strong team player, keen to go the extra mile for colleagues and customer
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer centric approach
- Excellent administrative & organisation skills, with problem solving ability
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- A valid, clean, full UK Driving Licence and must be eligible to work in the UK

Basic salary £22,000 per annum
Woking hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (37.5hrs per week)
