Estate Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estate Operative to join our team at Rendall & Rittner. As an Estate Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our residents, guests, and staff.

• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with residents, guests, and staff to resolve issues and concerns.
• Conduct regular development inspections, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure a positive and safe environment.
• Report any defects or health and safety concerns to ensure the well-being of everyone on the development.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Strong understanding of Health and Safety Processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license with an excellent road safety record.
