Confluence's Compliance, Regulatory & Reporting (CRR) division oversees the delivery of an industry leading set of regulatory solutions for the investment management community.
A key solution set within CRR is the regulatory document and template production service which supports investment managers and other investment firms (e.g., insurers) with their regulatory requirements for the production of investor disclosure documents.
Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID)- Industry data sharing templates (e.g., The Product Owner will execute the product strategy and own product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Working with the Product Manager, gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translate these into functional and technical specifications and oversee the development and implementation teams to ensure timely delivery of sufficient quality.
- Works closely with Product Manager, User Experience Designer, Solutions Architect and the agile team to translate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to epics and stories delivered through sprints and releases.
- Facilitate grooming sessions and planning with the scrum team and ensure sprints are well planned
- Make priority decisions based on value vs time on a product/project
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories on complex products or multiple teams.
- Work with stakeholders and the scrum team to clarify scope and coordinate estimates for an assigned product
- Elicit business requirements and work to codify them into well-defined stories and supporting artifacts that define the "what" and "why" for the scrum teams.
- Acceptance and Testing
- Ensure solutions built by the scrum team align to stakeholder expectations
- Provide timely and accurate project status for stakeholders
- You will need to be fluent in English and French.
