Shift Patterns:

  • Week - 6am - 2pm
  • Week 2 2pm - 10pmThe RoleWe have a temporary opportunity which would be working on a rolling contract for the foreseeable future for a Loading Team Member. This role would require you to be physically fit and possess the ability to be flexible on working Double Day Shifts, either 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm.

Role Dynamic * Operate processing machinery and material handling equipment in a safe and productive manner and to good standards of workmanship in order to deliver the required levels of customer service.

* Understand and support maintenance activities to facilitate optimum productivity. * Understand, deploy and seek to recommend improvements to production control procedures to support team performance objectives. * Handle all material including checking stock records, labeling and storing according to commercial requirements and Tata Steel policy.

* Be actively involved in your own personal development plans to maximize performance in the role and the contribution to succession requirements of the business.

* Impart knowledge of processes and activities to others in a structured and formal manner to support the team's operational and development objectives.
