An interesting and highly successful organisation based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter, to join their in house Human Resources function, to lead the talent acquisition and recruitment process from start to finish,working closely with the Recruitment Coordinator.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work within an organisation who are doing good every day, contributing to the everyday lives of people across the country.
As well as the above, the Internal Recruiter will:- Develop and monitor recruitment metrics and KPI's, identifying trends and patterns within data and the market
- Create diverse, inclusive and costeffective sourcing strategies to ensure the attraction and placement of the right talent at the right time
- Liaise and manage relationships with agencies and thirdparty recruitment services providers
- Create training packages for managers on recruitment and selection
- Attend industry networking events
- Ensure all employment records are accurate, complete, current and comply with GDPR & data protection and other statutory standards
If you have experience within recruiting for healthcare/clinically focused positions, this would be an advantage, due to the industry my client operates within.
