We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Estates Team in Devon as a Caretaker. This permanent role requires flexibility as it involves regular travel within the county. The starting salary is £24,011 per year.


The role:
  • Ensure the safety, maintenance, and compliance of our customers' homes

Responsibilities include:
  • Regular site visits across Devon
  • Litter picking, rubbish, and leaf removal
  • Joint visits with colleagues
  • General maintenance tasks
  • Fire risk assessments and actions
  • Issuing TORTS notices

We seek someone who can effectively manage their time, work independently, and take the initiative. While prior experience is advantageous, full training, a van, and necessary equipment will be provided. A valid driver's license and a minimum of one year's driving experience are essential.
