As a Project Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice on concrete condition and analysis of rebar position/depth reports.
- Coordinate with the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor ensuring a smooth flow of information to comply with CDM requirements.
- Implement and develop risk assessments, method statements, and procedures for all works related to the installation of post-installed anchor plates.
- Interrogate 3D model and Information Modelling.
- Liaise with the Survey and Building Leads regarding workflow.
- Requirements: Bsc Civil Engineering or relevant experience / Experience as a section engineer on an RC project.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, 2D, and 3D.
- Proficient in interrogating 3D models.
- Effective skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing personal workload.
