Lettings Administrator

Our client, an independent agency, is in need of a skilled Lettings Administrator to join their team and help manage day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing tenancy agreements and related paperwork for tenancy renewals
  • Scheduling appointments with tenants for Property Inspections Clerks
  • Handling inquiries from landlords and tenants
  • Maintaining accurate property records on the internal system
  • Offering administrative support to the tenancy renewals team
  • Managing data transfer between Microsoft Excel and the internal software system
  • Assisting in preparing Tenancy Notices
  • Utilizing DocuSign for processing landlord/tenant renewal paperwork

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Lettings
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a professional demeanor and keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in IT, familiar with MS Office, and quick to learn

This role is ideal for someone with a natural talent for administration and organization.

  • Basic salary up to £30,000 per year, based on experience.
