Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated senior team member to help provide a top-quality physiotherapy service for children and young people in Lewisham.

Main Duties of the Job

The selected candidate will lead an allocated care pathway, work in special schools, offer early intervention to specific client groups, and assess and treat school-age children. They will also lead physiotherapy and multidisciplinary groups, supervise physiotherapy personnel, and support multidisciplinary collaboration for individual families.

Our physiotherapy team consists of 11 members who provide peer support and emphasize continuous professional development. The ideal candidate will be specialized, experienced, organized, motivated, and dedicated to teamwork.

An enhanced DBS check is required for this role. A clean driving license is preferred.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide specialized physiotherapy services to children and young people in Lewisham, managing a complex caseload with various developmental disabilities. Conduct assessments, interventions, and reviews, offer clinical supervision, and manage staff. Services take place in different locations within Lewisham, including schools, homes, therapy pools, and leisure centers.
