The Corporate Communications and Marketing team leads the brand, marketing and digital engagement vision and activity for Cambridge Judge Business School, delivering marketing and communications projects and day-to-day work to raise visibility of the Business School and supports Cambridge Judge in achieving its reputation, growth and student recruitment targets.

The team includes the Corporate Communications, Brand, Media Relations, Corporate Marketing & PR, Digital Marketing and Website functions.


The team bears responsibility for ensuring that all stakeholders at Cambridge Judge Business School have a shared understanding of the achievements and impact of Cambridge Judge in order to make it the business school of choice for students, faculty, clients, potential donors etc.

It engages with multiple audiences, ranging from prospective and current students, faculty, alumni, existing supporters, the general public, through to media agencies, social media influencers to national and international media.


In a highly competitive global marketplace for business education, the establishment and implementation of a strong brand identity and a comprehensive and effective communication strategy is essential to firmly position the University of Cambridge's Judge Business School in the top tier of business schools worldwide.


The role-holder will work with the Head of Website and Web Operations and the rest of the team on the Business School's digital roadmap for continuous improvement of the Business School's websites.


The Website Operations Lead reports into the Head of Websites and Web Operations and ensures the effective day-to-day running of the Business School's websites, playing an integral role in ensuring the Business Schools websites are optimised for conversion (through an ongoing programme of testing and optimisation) and are technically secure and robust and are legally compliant and error free.


The post holder also works closely with fellow team members within Corporate Communications & Marketing and needs to maintain excellent working relationships and provide a strong level of service to programme marketing managers, research centre directors, and other colleagues across Cambridge Judge Business School.
