Newcross Healthcare is seeking dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team in Tewkesbury. This Residential Support Worker position pays up to £15.72 per hour. If you have at least 3 months full time or 6 months part time experience working alongside young people and ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (not essential), we want to hear from you

Residential Support Worker requirements**:

  • Minimum experience of 3 months full time or 6 months part time is needed for this role
  • Ideally holding a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare but not essential
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to providing highquality care and support
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
