Factory Worker

A permanent job vacancy has become available for a Factory Worker to join our Component Finishing team on a permanent basis as the business prepares for growth over the coming years.


Jobs don't come up here very often, only when someone retires or the company is growing and this time, as part of the company's growth plan, one of the Component Finishing team has been promoted which has created this vacancy.

The company has been supplying specialist precision engineered products to a variety of industries for many years from our modern facility in Tewkesbury, which is easily commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester, Evesham and surrounding areas.

In current times of uncertainty we have continued to go from strength to strength.

Our long established business has an impressive list of loyal customers from across the UK and we are now looking to take on a new employee to join as a Factory Worker in the small Component Finishing department to continue to manage the increasing demand as the company continues to grow.


In this Factory Worker role you will be based in a modern, clean and tidy workshop environment where you will be involved in finishing projects, using bead blasting equipment to take the rough edges off high value products, to give them the desired finish and properties, for prestige customers.

The components you will be working on will go on to truly make a huge difference in this world.

You will also be involved in other areas of the Component Finishing department, such as operating a rumbler, packing and labelling components, checking items for quality and any other associated duties which might come up.

About you


You will be familiar with or capable of using hand held tools and you'll be happy to carry out repetitive duties, all the time keeping a close eye on product quality.
