We're looking for someone outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic to lead Rugby sessions for children aged 2 to 7.

The role is part time weekend work, ideally suited to someone with a childcare, teaching or coaching background.

Full training will be provided so rugby/coaching experience is not necessary.

Job Summary

  • Helping children to develop basic core motor skills.
  • A specifically designed play programe using the multiple skills used in rugby to create a fun environment.
  • 80,000 children in 17 countries on 6 continents.
  • Over 800 coaches in the UK.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Setting up/helping set up the venue for classes.
  • Setting up/helping to set up individual activities.
  • Helping children through all activities
  • Identifying and helping children who need extra assistance.
  • Ensuring the children have fun

Qualifications and Skills

Must be able to drive and have own transport as there may be travel to cover venues in Coalville, Loughborough, Ashby, Markfield & Quorn. _

  • Experience of working with young children.
  • A passion for rugby.
  • Lively, enthusiastic and patient.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and listening skills.
  • An extremely outgoing personality who can keep children entertained.
  • Ability to store rugby kit desireable
