The LTA are seeking to appoint a dedicated, skilled and ambitious Family Support Worker to support our pupils and families, offering advice and support.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our pupils and their families,to take a lead role in assisting them overcome both barriers to learning and social barriers giving them the best possible opportunity to engage positively in both their school and home life.


The successful person will carry a case load and offer timetabled support to individual pupils and families on a flexible basis.

They will not be class bound but have a role throughout the school, whilst also working alongside families within their own homes,where appropriate.
