Are you looking for a varied full-time role with an immediate start? We are looking for a Multiskilled Warehouse Operative to join our dedicated Day Warehouse team.

Working hours are
06:30 - 16:30 on a rota basis, working 5 shifts out of 7.

You will be working on a
full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a
competitive salary of up to £28,500 per annum


To be successful for this position you will require previous experience operating fork lift trucks and reach trucks in addition to experience in stock counting and administration routines.


What you will be doing.

  • Completing preshift checks on all MHE equipment
  • Picking customer orders and replenishing stock
  • Assessing the quality of produce being sent to customers, to ensure best quality
  • Weekly counting and stock control routines
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to within the warehouse and the yard at all times
  • Administration routines including the use of Excel

Who you will be working with.
Watts Farms is a third-generation family-run farming business, established in 1952. Growers, Packers and Distributors of fresh produce supplying the hospitability industry across Kent, London and surrounding areas.

We also provide Home Deliveries offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms as well as a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and pantry goods.

Who we are looking for.

  • Previous experience operating FLT & Reach trucks
  • A current FLT licence would be an advantage, however refresher training will be provided
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team player, with the ability to work independently
  • Selfmotivated
  • Respecting of safety rules and regulations
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Experience of counting stock
