CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and motivated Client Services Coordinator to join our small and dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our clients and our NDT team.

You will be the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and bookings, generating sales leads, and providing exceptional customer support.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on training and examination options to help clients book in to the right training/examination requirement
  • Managing the booking system, chasing outstanding documents, information required
  • Onboarding new clients and develop working relationships
  • Liaising with different departments about client queries
  • Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on enquiries/active processes
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Organising/preparing attendance sheets and attendance room allocation plans prior to booking dates

CLIENT SATISFACTION:

  • Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Developing surveys and obtaining client information
  • Look at creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner

SALES:

  • Generate sales leads
  • Participating in marketing
  • Create monthly/quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
  • Raising invoices and managing accounts receivables
  • Taking payments via card machine, assisting with payment queries
  • Keeping track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in client services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 23 years of experience in client services, sales, or a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make judgement calls
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Excellent ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly client services.
  • Advanced ability to resolve issues, and recommend improvements
  • Strong phone skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to compile and present reports to management
  • Ability to identify and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales
  • Calm, polite, and professional behaviour.
  • Reliable and selfmotivated.
  • Strong clientfacing and communication skills
