Hospital Patient Feeder

- 5 out of 7 days a week
- 25/30 hours per week overtime possible

Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with meal preparation and feeding, using adaptive equipment as necessary
- Monitoring patients during meals and reporting any issues to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintaining a clean and organized feeding area and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order
- Documenting patient feeding and fluid intake accurately and timely
- Following infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a patient feeder or in a related role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and physically demanding environment
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and health & safety regulations
- Compassionate and patient demeaner
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
Salary:
£10.00-£10.50 per hour
