Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to materials handling, stock management, and shipping/receiving. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate a forklift. If you have mechanical knowledge and experience in warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
  • Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques
  • Perform materials handling tasks such as organizing stock, building pallets, and moving inventory
  • Operate a forklift to transport materials within the warehouse
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects on a regular basis
  • Proficient in picking, packing, and materials handling procedures
  • Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues with equipment
  • Experience with shipping/receiving processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow
