Role purpose:

Responsible for delivering comprehensive, expert advice and guidance to managers across the organisation in a coaching style.

You will primarily be supporting Home and Regional Managers with any HR/ER queries that they have alongside the HR Business Partners and Head of HR in a proactive manner.


You will build and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst delivering excellent high standards of advice and guidance to Aria Care Group with a customer centric approach.


Main Accountabilities:

  • To provide a comprehensive advisory service to all managers and employees, whilst ensuring that the organisation follows best practice in the management of its staff in line with employment law.
  • Handling complex ER matters.
  • Supporting, influencing, and guiding managers on all aspects of HR in line with business objectives.
  • Understand and mitigate any risk to the organisation and escalate to the appropriate person accordingly.
  • Maintain visibility in the business, ensuring that site visits are completed to any focus Homes as and when necessary.
  • Carry out new management visits and provide the necessary HR support required.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR Policies and Procedures ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
  • Support the HR Business Partner.
  • Analyse HR data (exit interviews, absence, turnover, benefits, surveys etc) to identify any trends and provide robust solutions to deal with any issues.
  • Support the HR Administration team in collating and preparing HR related statistical information needed for reporting requirement to the senior HR management team.
  • To maintain an uptodate knowledge of immigration and to coordinate regular monthly immigration audit checks across your division, ensuring that managers respond to any queries and anomalies.
  • To create, develop and facilitate HR training courses in line with the needs of the business.
  • Continually learn and develop in all areas of HR to support your own and the organisations growth.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Expertise:

  • CIPD
  • Level 5 (Desirable)
  • Experience in complex ER matters up to and including dismissal
  • Good understanding of employment legislation.
  • Experience in a fastpaced multisited organisation (Desirable)
  • Experience with managing high volumes of cases
