Overall Purpose of the Role To provide excellent administration service to Illumina, completing all duties in an efficient and professional manner.

Duties may be vary from time to time.

The role may include but is not limited to any or all of the following duties, dependent on current and evolving workload and staffing levels:

Job responsibilities:
Chaperoning during scans Supporting the Sonographer with patients Dealing with all stakeholders directly and indirectly.

Arranging patient medical reports Participating in Correspondence Management Project - Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence in all forms (electronic and paper).

Assisting with scanning and read coding. Assisting with all patient feedback Entry of patient data. Filing and retrieving paperwork and medical records. Any other appropriate duties as delegated.

Patient Satisfaction To maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with patients, visitors and colleagues Be prepared to assist colleagues in a flexible, willing and positive manner including assisting with other duties as required.

Be prepared to attend all relevant training sessions and meetings. To complete all mandatory e-learning courses in a timely manner.

To promote Illumina Diagnostics and maintain a positive image at all times. 100% attendance.

A Can do attitude You will be fully supported during their training period by other members of the admin team and throughout their employment by the whole of Illumina Confidentiality:
