We work with a variety of businesses that require staff in their warehouses, whether that be picking and packing food and drink items, medical supplies, clothing and houseware and more in a variety of different environments.

We work with bakeries, furniture and homeware companies, parcel distributors and more.

Your role as a Picker and Packer:

  • To pick and pack items as required
  • Using handheld scanners
  • Build boxes
  • Label products
  • Wrapping pallets
  • Using pen and paper to pick orders
  • Quality checking goods before packaging
  • Following and reading order sheets
  • Working towards targets at a fast pace
  • Communicating effectively to your team and superiors
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Has and is able to pick orders using pen and paper
  • Are able to work on their feet at a fast pace
  • Aren't faded by busy environments
  • Is able to work towards strict targets
  • Are able to work well individually and within a team
  • Can understand and follow instructions given
