Opportunity to join an established global recruitment business on a remote basis to open and manage their Belfast office.

Ireland & EU Life Science / Life Science Engineering & Manufacturing Contract Markets

High Base / Commission up to 40% (no threshold / uncapped)

Dublin Based

  • Opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant with interim / contract experience within the life science market to join an established global business to open and manage a Belfast based office.
  • Solid track record of billing within the contract market coupled with managing a large team and building out a vertical is a prerequisite.
  • The opportunity will suit a Senior Recruitment Manager / Associate Director / Director.
  • Rewards are high. They have several consultants already billing between £500k to £1million annually and three billing over. This position will see you earn from your team and remuneration will be in the hundreds of thousands moving forward.
  • Threshold free and uncapped commission up to 40%. Additional incentives include high rollers rewards such as international trips away (such as Las Vegas) for hitting targets and a millionaire's club where the business buys you a Rolex watch for reachingthe £1million billing figure. This business motivates and rewards achievement like no other.
  • You will come from a life science / life science engineering or manufacturing contract market background with a proven track record in winning business and delivering on that business. Existing experience in building out and growing a vertical will be ofreal interest. You must reside in the Belfast area.
