As an Administrator with Customer Service you will play an important role in assisting the organisation deliver high value customer service and admin support.


This is a great opportunity for someone who has gained some administrative experience, looking for that next step, and is focused, bright, articulate, has good customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities for this Administrator
Process, package, send out and track customer orders

  • Deal with incoming telephone calls
  • Sort and distribute post
  • Stock processing
  • Help with marketing
  • Liaising with internal staff
  • Order and maintain stationery

Key requirements for this Admin Assistant

  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent command of English, both speaking and writing
  • Ideally used to order processing
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Calm when under pressure
  • MS Office
  • Ideally Adobe Photoshop
  • Creative
