What you'll be doing:

  • Will support Project Management and Administration activities across the Sector Digital and Data team.
  • Will support Projects generally associated to internal initiatives or projects associated with internal investment.
  • Will coordinate and support various aspects of project management across the Digital and Data team.
  • Organising meetings, maintaining documentation, tracking activity and facilitating communication across the team.
  • Lead and manage all Digital and Data communications including taking responsibility for the communications plan; Proactively engaging with the digital and data community within our business.
  • Working closely with the members of the Digital and Data Team to ensure that goals and objectives are being met on time.

Your skills and experiences:

  • Solid understanding of project management principles, including project lifecycle, planning, execution, monitoring and closure
  • Project Documentation - Ability to create, organise and maintain documentation including plans schedules and status reports
  • Awareness of Risk Management - Identification assessment strategies and mitigation, this may include the dynamic application.
