Topproperty Student Lettings are looking to recruit a well presented, confident and organized
Viewings and Lettings Officer.


This role is based both inside and outside of the office and it involves showing student tenants around properties so you must have your own car.


Your responsibilities as our
Viewings and Letting officer:

  • Organize your own diary to ensure a well-structured day
  • Deal with all enquiries for viewings turning these into viewing appointments.
  • Carry out student viewings of properties and sell the properties to prospective tenants to turn the viewing into a let
  • Arrange key pick up with tenants
  • Inform incoming tenants how to log maintenance
  • Pre
- move in inspection

  • Obtain and provide feedback to all interested parties
  • Pre
pare and deal with all marketing and advertising portals, including taking and uploading photographs.

  • Administrative tasks required for the role
  • Deal with all social media
  • Must have a full, clean UK driving license and your own car

Some working knowledge of Student Property Lettings is desirable but not essential.
