Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting the Lettings Director in ensuring that all properties are let in a timely manner across a range of new build properties in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate Rental Agreements: Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
- Conduct Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing the properties and highlighting their features.
- Liaise with Tenants: Liaise with tenants to ensure a seamless experience, providing accurate and timely information regarding available properties.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends, staying ahead of the competition.
- Communication Skills: Develop strong communication skills, working effectively with clients, tenants, and colleagues to achieve goals.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year's experience in a lettings or property negotiation role.
- Driving Licence: Possess a valid driving licence and own vehicle.
- IT and Communication Skills: Strong IT and communication skills, with excellent organisational, prioritisation, and planning skills.
