Who you'll be We're looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development professional with in-person training experience to join our growing Solar L&D team. Reporting into the L&D Lead, you'll be based out of our Brighton office, so will need to be able to work both independently and collaboratively with our wider L&D team across our sites in Birmingham and Manchester. You'll have a passion for people development with excellent communication and organisational skills.

What you'll do

Support the L&D team with the creation, iteration, and delivery of induction and refresher programs. Work together with L&D professionals in both our Solar and Low Carbon Technology division to promote a consistent and supportive learning culture for our customer facing teams. Update and innovate existing training materials to ensure best practice and accuracy is maintained. Play a key role in driving our culture, values, and customer obsession forward.

What you'll need

Previous Learning & Development experience; being able to demonstrate your ability to design and deliver learning solutions in a variety of formats to varying audiences. Experience of using Google Suite (docs, sheets & slides). The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues based across multiple locations in the UK. Experience in coordinating project plans and working to deadlines Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail Strong communication skills, familiar with communicating cross functionally across the business, and in front of a large audience. A start up / entrepreneurial mind-set, and being able to adjust to change and keep up with a fast moving business Passion for helping others be their best, with a growth mindset and resilience in a high-paced and rapidly changing environment.

What would be beneficial

Previous experience within the solar industry. Previous experience in coaching and mentoring. Flexibility to travel to our different sites.
