Credit Controller Position at a Thriving Business

ER Recruitment is collaborating with a successful national business that has an office in Leicestershire. This company is a prominent player in its industry and a well-known name.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to collect debt efficiently.
- Familiarize with various credit control processes and step in for absent team members when necessary.
- Learn about legal action recoveries and methods for securing County Court Judgments (CCJs).
- Encourage customers to switch to direct debit payments whenever possible.
- Approve order releases and handle credit limit increases or customer refunds as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong time management and excellent telephone communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
