Reporting to: EHR Digital Programme Head of Change Management and Communication.

These growth plans include implementing a real time end-to-end Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform, a multi-million-pound investment, and part of our long-term digital transformation initiative. Focused on advancing our technology and integrating web-based navigation, this EHR will allow HCA UK clinicians and colleagues to enhance patient safety, quality and care and to maintain our outstanding ratings and continue to be a global market leader in complex care. Therefore, we are investing in a new workforce to lead this change, and we are actively recruiting now for a 2023 start, focused on change management, transforming work practices, and project delivery of goals and objectives.

In summary

This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader, you will be part of a leadership team which willembark on a division-wide transformational. This programme includes multiple workstreams across the business and you will be responsible for the oversight and management of all the change leads across the programme , ensuring best practice and consistency, providing an assurance of the business change management delivery, defining change management frameworks, tools and methodologies .

You will be leading on the change management activities required to support the implementation of the new EHR systems/technologies and related processes , en suring the change management plans at a workstream level are aligned, pulling together a programme wide change management plan to be delivered across HCA UK .

What you'll do:

Create a Centre of Excellence for Change Management within the EHR Digital Programme.

Accountable for the Change Management Plan at a programme level.

Responsible for ensuring that executives and business leaders are equipped to be champions for the programme and are actively and visibly supporting the change.

Responsible for the consistent identification, assessment, tracking and reporting of programme benefits.

Pro-actively facilitat ing the effective transition to BAU.

Experience of p rocess re-design is advantageous

Experience of delivering change within a healthcare setting is advantageous
