About the Agile Coach role:
- Live and breathe agile principles and values.
- Assist the team in choosing the most suitable agile frameworks, techniques, and practices.
- Clear obstacles for the team to ensure they meet their goals and deliver significant business value.
- Guide and educate the team to instill an agile mindset in all their actions.
- Facilitate Scrum events like Daily Standups, Planning, Review, and Retrospectives, as required.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management.
- Promote continuous improvement and establish a learning environment with regular feedback and acknowledgment.
- Collaborate closely with Tribe Lead and Agile Coaches within the same Tribe.
- Participate actively in our Agile Chapter alongside Agile Coaches from other Tribes in Technology & Innovation.
About you:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
- Skilled in fostering a committed team dynamic.
- Utilize active listening to develop and improve relationships and facilitate effective communication.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and moderate heated discussions.
- Provide valuable feedback to support growth.
- Geographically located at the Grimsby office.
