nAs a Delivery Recruitment Consultant at Gazelle, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates within our exciting portfolio of PSL (Preferred Supplier List) clients.
Working from our vibrant new office in central London, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
nUtilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.nBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building activities.nConduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
Client Relationship Management:
nDevelop and nurture strong partnerships with our PSL clients to understand their unique recruitment needs and challenges.nAct as a trusted partner to clients, providing insights and recommendations on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.nCollaborate closely with clients to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
Candidate Placement and Onboarding:
nPresent qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules and feedback.nGuide candidates through the interview and offer negotiation process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.nFacilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates, including pre-employment checks, contract negotiation, and initial orientation.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, client communications, and recruitment activities using our CRM system.nTrack key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business AdministrationnProven experience in recruitment, preferably within a delivery-focused role.nStrong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.nExceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.nResults-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.nProficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
