The Delta Hotels by Marriott Liverpool City Centre is just one of over 8,000 Marriott Hotels globally and sits in the Classic Premium category of Marriott's 30+ brands.

This City Centre, bustling 4 Star hotel is located in the heart of the city, opposite St Georges Hall and next to the main shopping and dining districts, transport hubs and only a 10 minutes' walk to the iconic Albert Docks and waterfront attractions.

Situated across the road from Liverpool Lime Street Station and the city's main bus station the hotel is conveniently placed and easily accessible for our guests and associates.

The adjacent QPark car park is available to guests and associates, with complimentary parking for our associates.

Boasting 146 bedrooms and a number of event spaces, the largest of which proudly hosts events of up to 240 delegates, the hotel is a magnet for large conferences, social events and weddings.

This hotel is an icon in the city, and in August 2023 will celebrate 25 years as one of Liverpool longest operating 4 Star Hotels.

This reputation stems from the pride, passion and enthusiasm our associates have to ensure that every arriving guest, leaves feeling like a local.

Through 2023 our associates will take the hotels product and service offering to the next level as we undergo an exciting renovation program that targets every area of the hotel.

What you'll do

Process guest check-ins, assigning rooms and activating room keys
Co-ordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and report any guest concerns
Answer, respond to and process all guest calls, messages, questions or concerns
Give guests information and directions regarding property and local areas of interest
Process check-outs and resolving any disputed charges
Process payments and room charges, as well as cashing guests' personal and traveller's cheques
Confirm reservations and cancellations, running daily reports on the number of arrivals and departures
