experienced Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team.


Job Role:

  • Provides a high standard of service both in terms of welcome and waiter service.
  • Providing a positive and friendly customer experience by interacting with patrons
  • Serve customers prepare the dining areas, provides waiter service, and clear away
  • Perform the tasks of order taking and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling. Ensure accuracy by repeating order(s) to the guests.
  • Take orders and deliver promptly to the kitchen area.
  • Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance ensure items are announced.
  • Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
  • Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
  • Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
  • Collecting payments for drinks served and providing change as needed
  • Any other reasonable request as required by your Supervisor or Hotel Management.

Work Experience

  • Experience of food and beverage service would be advantageous_
  • Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Positive with a cando attitude
  • Flexible with working hours is essential (breakfast shifts + evening shifts)
  • Excellent time management skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Salary:
£6.83-£10.50 per hour

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

  • Catering: 1 year (preferred)
