Lime is hiring a Continuous Improvement Programme Manager to join our Operations Excellence team In this role, you will report into the Global Warehouse Director. You will lead our Global Warehouse teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement, elevate best practices from local to global and drive standardization.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.

What you'll do:
  • Deep dive data led opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction.
  • Significantly contribute to the planning process, often leading the development of OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets
  • Plan, facilitate and execute continuous improvement events using Lean Six Sigma tools
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement in our warehouse teams where SOPs are challenged and systematically improved. Act as an ally of the warehouse teams but also the guardian of best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on wider business priorities
  • Working to continuously improve processes both on the production floor as well as transactional by collaborating with multiple functions such as logistics
About you:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma in an operational environment
  • Data analytics proficiency, advanced Excel skills, SQL and database queries
  • We are a remote first company For many roles, we welcome applications from anywhere we operate. As this is a hybrid position requiring you to go into a warehouse once a week it's preferred that the individual hired for this role be within 30 miles or 60 minutes of a Warehouse
  • Travel is an important part of the role and is expected at approximately 25%
