Administrator / Care Navigator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Care Navigator.
As a Care Navigator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients and their families in navigating the healthcare system.
This is a rewarding position that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a compassionate approach to client care.
The main duties for a Care Navigator/Administration will include:- Face to face and telephone interactions with patients to deal with enquiries such as: booking appointments, blood results, referral, medication queries etc.
- Liaising with community services such as: district nurses, secondary care, community matron, ambulance services, pharmacies, etc.
- You will be required to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Good communications skills both written and verbal.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is desired
