Prepare room when required to do so

  • Give 11 assistance to children when needed
  • To undertake the role of keyperson for designated children, supporting their development, ensuring that records are updated and liaising closely with parents.
  • 2 year development checks
  • Ensure that the welfare and safety of children is promoted within the setting and any concerns are appropriately acted upon immediately.
  • Assist and supervise children with toileting and hand washing
  • Observe children during focussed activities and free play
  • Assist in maintenance of equipment to ensure efficiency and safe working
  • To observe playgroup's privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Report any issues of concern to the Playgroup leader or Deputy Playgroup leader
  • Cleaning the room/toys after each session
  • The occasional sessional cover upon agreement, when required.
Mon-Wed negotiable on days)

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 26 per week

Salary:
From £10.00 per hour
