Our Client are a growing and reputable Accountancy Practice in Nottingham who are looking for a
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join the team.

They are a dynamic and friendly Organisation and this would be a great opportunity for an experienced admin assistant with a background in professional services to join a welcoming team and business.


The role is part-time - 25 hours over 4 days. The role is office based, due to the nature of the duties of the position. The salary shown is the full time equivalent.

The role is based on the outskirts of the city centre and parking is available on site.

Duties to include:

  • First point of contact for incoming calls, providing a professional telephone manner and cover throughout the day.
  • Meeting and greeting incoming visitors.
  • Assisting the accounts team with scanning, copying documents.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are adequately prepped for any meetings, providing refreshments where required.
  • Manage the stocking of office supplies, stationary cupboard, and consumables in the staff kitchen.
  • Distribution of internal post and sending any external post as required.
  • Filing and organisation of documents.

What you will need:

  • At least 1+ years' experience in an accountants/solicitors or other professional services working in a similar role.
  • Proactive and organised with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
