About this role
I am recruiting on behalf of some great SEN schools based in and around the OX7 area.

These schools are looking for a LSM that can adapt their support methods, depending on the SEN need the child has.


These schools are adamant that all students shall feel equal and supported within their learning, so they are looking for Learning Support Mentors that are caring, supportive and flexible.

This role will be challenging, so you will need to uphold a positive mindset each day.


This job requires 5 GCSEs (including math and English), experience working/ volunteering with children is required and a drive to maintain the great quality of the school's education and atmosphere.

SEN experience is not required, but is heavily desirable.

This role will include:

  • Preparing learning materials
  • Adapt support to each students needs
  • Create an inclusive environment for students
  • Look after students physical and emotional welfare
  • Work in 1:1 and group settings

Working with Long Term Teachers
