With a focus on providing quality care for their residents, our client pride themselves on the happy, welcoming atmosphere in all of their homes.

They provide a full range of care for residential and nursing needs, for both long term and respite periods as well as providing family support.

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to play a key role in a residential nursing home.

Working closely with the Operations Team, you will be responsible for maintaining provision of a high standard of clinical care, ensuring leadership and support to the staff team.

The successful candidate will be experienced in person centred care and operational leadership within a residential nursing home setting. You will have a proven track record in the management and delivery of a high-quality care provision.

Managing and developing high quality services for all residents.

Encouraging a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service.

Work with the local community and regional businesses to drive occupancy growth.


Actively working with staff, residents and their families, to help shape and develop a centre of excellence for person-centred care.


The promotion of high standards of nursing care, following CQC and NMC guidelines, by ensuring all staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner.

Able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the Home.

A clear understanding of leadership responsibilities in social care

Experience in promoting a care business in a local area through various marketing channels

Proven management experience within the care sector
