About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional - Evening Shift. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing companionship and support to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparations, helping clients to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Support clients with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families, providing clear and concise information about their care and support needs.

Requirements

  • No prior experience necessary; we offer comprehensive training and support.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills are essential.
  • Reliable transport is required for home visits and other tasks.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management are vital.
  • A genuine, caring nature is essential, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
