Dynamite Recruitment is collaborating with a globally renowned company seeking confident Customer Service Executives to join their Claims team on a full-time basis.

Due to expansion, our client is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to provide support within their contact center and assist customers with their claims.

As a Customer Service Advisor/Claims Handler, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming correspondence and calls related to insurance claims
  • Managing a portfolio of claims, guiding customers from start to finish
  • Updating all relevant information in the system for each customer
  • Assessing claims accurately as per policy terms
  • Promptly processing valid claims
  • Informing customers without coverage promptly
  • Detecting and reporting fraudulent activities
  • Providing empathetic support to customers during challenging times
  • Conducting calculations to ensure precise payments to customers
  • Collaborating with third parties to manage claims and recover funds
  • Collecting and uploading all case-related documents
  • Inputting data into a claims management system accurately

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will possess:

  • Prior experience in telephone customer service or Insurance claims handling
  • Strong personal resilience
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer system navigation (training provided)
  • Proactive, organized, and great team player
  • Capability to remain composed while handling high call volumes
  • Display empathy and reassurance to customers
  • Skilled in using complex computer systems
  • Numerical proficiency and quick information processing
  • Adapt communication for various audiences
