We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team.

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of cocktails and beverages to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of guests
  • Collaborate with other team members to create new drink recipes and seasonal specials
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve mixology skills

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink costs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
