**Adherence to Standards**: Uphold and maintain the high standards set by our establishment, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and service.

**Customer Interaction**: Engage with guests, providing recommendations, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar.

**Punctuality and Reliability**: Demonstrate a strong work ethic by being punctual for shifts and consistently reliable in carrying out responsibilities.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless coordination and excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:
**Previous Experience**: Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist, with a strong portfolio of creative and well-crafted cocktails.

**Creativity**: Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table for new drink creations.

**Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

**Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and a fast-paced environment.

**Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy items.

**Salary**: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
