Working as part of a busy, friendly team, your role will involve inputting patient referrals on to the patient administration system and contacting patients by letter and telephone to arrange appointments.

You will also meet and greet patients at Reception.


Excellent IT skills, ideally in using a hospital administration system (or similar) are essential and you'll need to be an excellent, tactful communicator.


We are looking for someone to be part of the busy team, who works confidently and efficiently, demonstrating a helpful, courteous, professional and sensitive manner at all times.

The ability to speak welsh is essential - Welsh to be learned within 12 months of appointment
